About Hepatic Cell News
Hepatic Cell News – Connexon’s 20th newsletter – was launched in January 2017. Our readers had been asking us to cover this area for some time, so we were very excited to finally bring this newsletter to life. As with the rest of the Connexon newsletter family, Hepatic Cell News keeps scientists up to date with the most relevant and current research and science news in their field every week. By doing the search for you, we save you time and let you get back to doing the science you love!
The publications featured in Hepatic Cell News are expertly selected by our in-house editorial team from high impact, peer-reviewed academic journals. Broadly, the newsletter covers liver diseases and disorders as well as its role in metabolism at the cellular level. Specific areas of research include liver cancer, cirrhosis, hepatitis and metabolic disorders, as well as research into hepatic stem cells and regenerative medicine.
The Industry and Science News sections of Hepatic Cell News feature recent press releases related to hepatic cell research and the liver health industry, as well as relevant funding and award announcements. Finally, the Jobs and Events sections of the newsletter help keep you connected with communities and opportunities in your field.
Connexon’s readership is composed of academic and industrial scientists, as well as medical professionals who are looking to keep current with their research fields. Subscribers of Hepatic Cell News receive reliable, free updates on the hepatic cell field every Friday. You can also follow the @hepaticcellnews Twitter feed to see daily posts about the latest news in the hepatic field. Finally, we always encourage our readers to submit content, including publications, news, jobs and events for consideration by our editorial team.
